I am not really a singer but I can carry a tune. So I am the type who will (try to!) belt a song or two if you ask me to do so during your birthday party especially if we are really close friends. And even though I’m no singer I am quite particular with the kind of microphone that singers use. The sm 57 is one microphone which could top the list of microphones preferred by singers and I think even for those who would like to be one 🙂
Now, if you get to know me a bit better though, you will find out that I have two quite prominent relatives who are singers 🙂  One is an actually award-winning soloist in the Philippine music industry while another who is based abroad has performed the opening acts in the concerts of Philippine music legends Kuh Ledesma and Aegis. I think they, too, are very particular with the microphones they use to sing.
