As of today, March 20, when you visit the Tiger Air website to book flights, you will find that there are changes. Yes, indeed. Cebu Pacific and Tiger Air are forming an alliance.

On 20 March 2014, Tigerair divested its stake in Tigerair Philippines to Cebu Pacific as part of the strategic alliance between the two airlines. We wish to inform customers of the following changes:
- Our telephone number (632) 798-4488 is no longer in use. Customers who wish to book on, or make enquiries regarding Tigerair (flight designator “TR”), should go to tigerair.com or contact our call centre on (+632) 798-4499.
- In addition to our services between Singapore and Manila/Cebu, Tigerair now operates scheduled services between Singapore and Clark/Kalibo.
- For Tigerair Philippines (flight designator “DG”), customers should go to cebupacificair.com or contact the Cebu Pacific call centre on (+632) 702-0888 or (+6332) 230-8888.
