A blessed 2012 to us all 🙂
I have been thinking of possible posts to start the year and then I got this invitation to share a post for Tea Talk. As the “pioneer” for this meme said, it is purely for heart’s sake. To me that would mean my thoughts, ideas, feelings, ad infinitum. I mean when women talk over a warm cup of tea or a glass of cold orange juice, well, we can share whatever is in our hearts and minds. Thankfully, the Tea Talk pioneer wisely gave us the needed guidelines on what to share (the “bold” fonts indicate them). And so here I go:
I’m having a glass of cold water right now with some delicious mangosteen.
I’m feeling quite distracted that it’s been raining way too much lately in this part of the world. And I would really love to have a new washing machine with dryer. Hmmm. And where to get the additional budget for that? That is certainly on my mind 🙂 But beyond my “washing machine” concern, I am also inspired by this verse that I got this morning as I read the Word of God:
See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland. (Isaiah 43:19, NIV)
Oh, Lord, open my eyes that I may see the new thing you are doing in our midst!

I smiled when you mention about wanting to have a dryer during rainy days. My dh and I think of the same thing too 🙂
