What About Some Durian?

March 3, 2012 29 By admindel

One friend of mine said, you either love the durian fruit or hate it. There can be no neutral feeling towards this fruit with quite a distinctive smell ๐Ÿ™‚ ย Well, you can count me in as one of those who love it ๐Ÿ™‚
Some friends from New Zealand claim that the best tasting durian in the world is found in Malaysia. Well, I am not sure about that. Although I have been to Malaysia, I didn’t get the chance to taste their durian while I was there. I have tried durian in the Philippines (particularly from Davao), Thailand and Singapore. Guess what? I think it is delicious whichever place it came from.
The durian fruit is a significant source of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. For more information on this “amazing” fruit as well as some of its health benefits, click here.
Ok, so are you eating durian with me or not? ๐Ÿ™‚
